Preservation
As most of what is offered for sale at Sara Lee Factory Outlets is frozen,
shoppers are advised to bring insulated containers with them in any
case where frozen product will be un-refrigerated for longer than 20
minutes. This time is advisory of course: on very hot days the time
could be shorter and on cold days, maybe 30 minutes would be safe.

Boxes
At most Sara Lee
Factory Outlets, customers may purchase good capacity, polystyrene foam boxes
(with lids) that are very effective insulators.
These boxes are re-usable for future shopping trips and make
handy “eskys” for picnics and parties.

Safety/Quality
The time that product
may be left un-refrigerated safely depends on the product ingredients.
Meat products and products containing cheese or cream must always be
kept frozen. Ice Cream will quickly lose its quality characteristics
if allowed to thaw.

BAGS

each year, and up to 80 million of these become litter every year

Sara Lee Factory Outlets has available for sale recyclable bags
- medium and large. Our bags will comfortably fit a tray cake (catering
size bakery item). |
