Sara Lee Bakery (then Kitchens of Sara Lee) was officially opened on 8th June, 1971.
We have come a long way in 30 years. Our range of products has increased from a handful to over 700 different products.
Today nothing has changed in the principles that we set for ourselves - our
pride in producing the most delicious desserts, savoury items and snacks items;
our determination to deliver new products year on year that satisfy the most
discerning consumer; and our family work ethic.
Sara Lee is not just a company, it is a way of life for over 500 Central Coast
residents who work at our premises. Some of our work force has been here since
day 1. Many employees make this company a life long career commitment.
